Sponge cake recipes for Gueysh Intense Hot Chocolate

Here we show you an easy and economical recipe for those who enjoy those moments:

Ingredients (4 people)

     1 natural yogurt
     2 eggs
     2 sugar yogurt cups
     3 small cups of flour yogurt
     1 small cup of olive oil yogurt
     butter and flour
     1 envelope of yeast
     zest of 1 lemon


Steps to follow

Mix the flour, yogurt, sugar, yeast and lemon zest.
We add the eggs
We add the oil
Mix until everything is the same consistency.

Pour the mixture into a mold with butter and flour on the edges.
We preheat the oven
We bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
We go down to 170 degrees and wait another 20m.

Once ready, unmold with care and present as a good cup of Chocolate Gueysh.
